Allison Ellingham
IT & Implementation Manager
Technology underpins our entire proposition, and so Allison is quite literally the cornerstone of operations and client relationship management. As IT & Implementation Manager, she is responsible for not only the delivery of our Complete Conveyancing and titlesolv web-based services but also for our internal management information systems.
With several years' experience of the mortgage industry, she has a complete understanding of operational procedures. Working closely with Christopher Taylor, she plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth integration of new clients into L&E's business in addition to managing our relationship with third party suppliers.

Jill Forsyth
Solicitor & Compliance Manager
Having held senior in-house legal roles with Bank of Ireland and Winterthur, Jill brought extensive knowledge of the lending and financial services industries to L&E upon joining in 2003.
Reporting to the CEO in her Legal and Compliance role, Jill works both with colleagues and external suppliers to develop new products. She has been instrumental in the development of L&E's new products and processes.

Harcharan Lidher
Claims Manager
Harcharan joined London & European from Zurich Insurance Company in 2006. He has over 10 years experience managing a portfolio of claims including Liability and Defective Title Insurance. Under his leadership, the Claims Department developed a new bespoke on-line claims tracking system along with service levels agreements with associated stakeholders. He has excellent relationships with Insured's, Underwriters, Solicitors and Surveyors.
He has an extensive legal background and at University, completed his LLB (Hons) Law and LLM, Commercial & Corporate Law degrees and later achieved his Diploma in Legal Practice.
