Christopher Taylor has been with London and European for eight years and was appointed CEO in January 2006.

An acknowledged authority on the UK mortgage market and instrumental in bringing the benefits of title insurance to a wider audience, Christopher is the driving force behind L&E’s meteoric growth. His vision and expertise have transformed the business. He has assembled a motivated team who are the best in their fields and with determination and vision has used the challenges of the market to inspire creative solutions which enable clients to enhance the way they do business.

Christopher began his career in financial services in 1991 playing a pivotal role in creating success for businesses such as Scottish Amicable Life Assurance Society, Derbyshire Building Society and Allied Dunbar. With a sixth sense for improving the fortunes of struggling businesses, Christopher gained a reputation as a troubleshooter and was head-hunted from Timber Tailor Plc to join L&E in 2000.

Christopher lives in Hampshire with his wife and two small children.
